Sendiphany was born from a simple observation: the people doing the most important work in schools are drowning in the least important work.
Our mission
The SENCO role is one of the most complex, high-stakes jobs in education. SENCOs are responsible for ensuring that children with special educational needs get the support they need to thrive — and they carry enormous legal and moral responsibility.
Yet the tools available to SENCOs have barely changed in a decade. EHCPs are still written in Word documents. Deadlines are tracked in spreadsheets. LA communications happen over email with no audit trail.
Sendiphany exists to change that. We're building the tools that SENCOs deserve — tools that harness AI to handle the paperwork, so SENCOs can focus on the children.
